About this site
Tiny Team Stack is an independent, solo-run site that researches and compares business software for small teams, freelancers, and solo founders — the people who don't have a procurement department, a five-person marketing team, or an afternoon to waste on the wrong tool.
Who runs it
Hi, I'm Chiho. I run an online business support practice, and this site grew out of the research I do anyway: figuring out which tools are actually worth paying for when you're small. I'm not a software vendor, and no company can pay to change how they're ranked here.
How articles are written
Every comparison on this site follows the same three rules:
- Prices are verified against official pricing pages. Before an article is published, every price and plan name is checked on the vendor's own site, and the verification date is shown under each comparison table. Software pricing changes constantly — if you spot something outdated, it means the vendor changed it after our last check, and the official page always wins.
- First-person experience is never invented. If an article says "I used this," it happened. Tools we haven't personally used are compared on documented facts — pricing, features, support — and we say so plainly.
- Affiliate relationships are disclosed. Some links earn this site a commission at no extra cost to you. That's how the site is funded, it's stated at the top of every article, and it doesn't affect what gets recommended.
What you won't find here
No "the best tool ever" claims, no fake urgency, and no articles that go stale the moment a calendar page turns. The goal is simple: give you enough verified information to run your own free-trial test and decide for yourself.
